Abstract

Kafe Semesta is a food business that has a monthly consumption volume of Arabica coffee of around 15-20 kg of coffee. The high demand has led Kafe Semesta to encounter several issues, namely the supplier's inability to meet the required coffee bean needs. This problem affects the satisfaction of Kafe Semesta's customers due to inconsistent coffee flavors. This research aims to determine the priority sequence of suppliers using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. This method is used to calculate the weights of criteria and sub-criteria, which will be used to determine the priority sequence of suppliers at Kafe Semesta in Purwokerto. The research results show that the criterion with the highest weight is quality (0.48566), while the criterion with the lowest weight is service (0.04679). The sequential order of suppliers based on their utility levels is as follows: supplier 3, supplier 5, supplier 4, supplier 1, supplier 6, supplier 8, supplier 2, and supplier 7. It is expected that this study can assist Kafe Semesta in selecting the right suppliers, thereby reducing the cost of purchasing goods or services and maintaining the consistency of the coffee flavor.
