Abstract

The DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A agency in Purbalingga district is a regional agency that aims to regulate social affairs, one of which is the issuance of permits for the distribution of social assistance. People who need social assistance will later be recorded. For processing social assistance data, agencies still use the Microsoft Excel program, the data obtained is in the form of print outs and soft files from each sub-district. Data is submitted directly or someone submits via email address. Separate processing causes processing to be less efficient. In the data still found data content errors such as duplicated data. With these problems required a data collection application to perform data processing. The social assistance data collection application was made using the prototype method and data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. Application testing is done using a black box and white box. The results of the test found that 86% of employees gave a positive response to the feasibility of implementing a social assistance data collection system in agencies and 100% application efficiency in processing social assistance data.
