Abstract

The rapid development and advancement of technology allows people to find and disseminate information quickly and easily. The advantage of using the internet is that it can provide information to rural residents, so that they always get the latest information. The web is an information delivery facility because it is considered very efficient and effective and can be used anywhere and anytime. The government is practicing a new approach that aims to increase and drive the economy in rural areas by forming economic institutions that are entirely managed by villagers, namely Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) as one of the programs under the increase in village economic independence. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) Klapagading is a business body established by the village government with capital from the village budget. This research designs the BUMDESa Klapagading web. In this study, the authors sorted out to use the Extreme Programming( XP) method. Extreme Programming( XP) is a software feature development process that seeks an object-oriented approach. There is a problem that in the absence of this BUMDesa website, the community does not know in detail about BUMDesa Klapagading and also the services available at BUMDesa. The purpose of this research is to be able to help the Klapagading village community in receiving information about what BUMDesa's performance has been and can also facilitate the Klapagading village community in performing services at BUMDesa Klapagading. This website is formed using CSS frontend using Bootstrap framework, backend Hypertext Preprocessor( PHP) using Laravel framework and MySQL database. The result is that the BUMDesa Klapagading website uses extreme programming methods in planning to produce information about BUMDesa and interview results, in designing to produce UML such as flowcharts, use-case diagrams, activity diagrams and wireframes, in coding to create programs that are formed on the basis of UML that have been made and change into the form of a program, namely HTML, CSS, Js, PHP, Bootstrap, Laravel, and MySql, in testing to produce test data from the coding process that has been completed. Based on the results of testing using the black box method, it can be concluded that 91% of all tests that have been carried out are successful and 8% experience errors or bugs.
