Abstract

PT. Telkom Access is a subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. which operates in the field of construction and management of network infrastructure services. PT. Telkom Access Witel Purwokerto has several operating divisions, one of which is the SPBU Digitalization division. Digitalization of gas stations is a real-time monitoring system for fuel distribution and sales transactions at each gas station to improve service and operational standards. The SPBU Digitalization Division and Pertamina are collaborating to monitor the distribution of BBM (Fuel Oil) throughout Indonesia. This collaboration is a good step to increase the transparency and accuracy of fuel supply and consumption data at each gas station. Not only that, thanks to real-time data, stock certainty will be managed better and more efficiently. This digitalization will also make it easier for the Government to monitor and supervise the distribution of special fuel for assignments. Because the distribution process can be recorded accurately in the system. This practical work report discusses the Manage Operation of Digitizing the Pertamina SPBU Operational Area of PT. Telkom Access Witel Purwokerto, using a web-based system Single Dashboard Monitoring System (SDMS) on the domain https://sdms.spbu.id. In this system, the procedures and processes for monitoring gas stations, using an EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machine connected to a computer network are understood.
