Abstract

In carrying out this practical work, we discuss the strategies and methods used in handling Internet home cable installations (IKR) in the Barlingmasca area (Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas and Cilacap) by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. IKR Internet is a key element in providing quality internet access to customers, and efficient management of the installation process is critical to customer satisfaction. This practical work explores the challenges, best practices, and solutions applied in home Internet wiring installations. Data was collected through interviews with field technicians, documentation analysis, and customer surveys. The results of this research will provide valuable insight for improving the home Internet wiring installation process.
