Abstract

The development of technology towards an all-digital direction in 2023 is currently progressing rapidly. In this digital era, people generally have a new lifestyle that cannot be separated from electronic devices. One of the technological innovations used to facilitate human activities is its application in queuing systems. Queuing often occurs in various daily activities when waiting for others to finish their tasks. In some cases, queuing can be problematic for certain individuals, such as when someone takes the turn of others or when a person has other activities to attend to but still needs to wait in the queue. To address these issues, implementing a technological solution can be beneficial. In this context, the queuing system can be transformed by using an online web-based system with the First In First Out (FIFO) method. This system enables manual queuing processes to be upgraded to an online and digital system, ensuring that queue-related information can be generated quickly, accurately, and precisely. The application is designed for individuals interested in establishing or already owning businesses, as well as specific institutions. They can utilize this open online queue system without being tied to a single agency. By implementing the FIFO method and using QR codes as queue numbers, the system ensures security while queuing. By utilizing this online queuing technology, efficiency and the public's queuing experience can be improved, offering a more open and inclusive solution to support business activities and public services. The result obtained from the Google Form questionnaire shows an average score of 87.311 from a total of 53 respondents. Keywords : Laravel, Php, FIFO, Queue
