Abstract
Technological developments require companies to follow the development of a technology and want to be the best among others. It is not surprising that advances in technology and information have penetrated into various sectors, including industry, education, automotive, etc. In the automotive sector, there are still companies that use old methods in their business processes, especially in the implementation of service processes that still rely on manual systems, including business in motorcycle repair shops, therefore the management of service and sales processes can be carried out more effectively by using information technology. Information technology is used with the aim of facilitating information management and increasing information accuracy. In this context, software development on the system uses Agile methods. Agile methods have the advantage of flexibility, allowing researchers to adapt to changing project needs and requirements, and the ability to respond quickly to changing customer needs or market changes. Therefore the Agile method was chosen in this study because it is very important when a system needs repair or updating because it allows changes or system development to be carried out more quickly and responsively. Based on these problems, this research will design a SJH Garage website using the Laravel framework with agile methods. Then proceed with testing the SJH Garage website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) technique and obtaining an average score of 84, where a score of 84 is included in the Excellent category with grade scale A. This score shows that the SJH Garage website is acceptable and quite effective and efficient to help SJH Garage customers.
