Abstract

In line with the growing number of customers and the capacity used in the backbone at PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus Semarang for the development of telecommunications networks it is necessary to hold an increase in channels or partnerships between companies, both private and state-owned companies, PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus has collaborated with PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk since August 2019 making it easier for services to choose payment methods according to customer choices. The devices used by ICON+ to support network stability for payments at minimarkets are FortiAP and FortiGet. Device replacement (FortiAP and FortiGet) is carried out according to the contract In effect, the observation and installation of FortiAP and FortiGet are carried out by the activation section, the activation party will later reset the device and then replace a new device from the previous series, namely the proxy. Then the activation party sends the cashier's ip, minimarket server, and confirms that the device has been replaced to the MTM SDWAN based in Jakarta, after that the central MTM will check whether MPLS and GSM are up or not, MPLS here is Multiprotocol Label Switching) namely technology in high-speed network packets, MPLS and GSM here also play an important role because they are network pioneers in transactions. If MPLS and GSM are up, then the activation party will PING the cashier and the server is it back to normal or not. Then, if it is normal, the activation party sends photo evidence of both the online payment application PING and the new device that has been installed as proof of confirmation to SDWAN MTM in Jakarta.
