Abstract

Jatilawang Health Center is a community health center that serves the acommunity in an integrated and comprehensive manner engaged in the health sector The Puskemas has documents that are still being made on paper and wants to be transferred to using the website. The document management system website ts the result of discussions between researchers and field supervisors. The document management system website is created with the help of HTML, CSS, PHP visual studio code, MVSQL and XAMPP and the internet This website was successfully created after taking three months. Website testing was successfully carried out so that it can be hosted locally.
