Abstract

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly, as can be seen from the use of the internet which provides various kinds of features that aim to make it easier to carry out daily activities because it can be accessed at any time. In addition to using information technology, the government also implements regulations for implementing strict monitoring and supervision activities at every country entrance where this makes the Soekarno Hatta KKP the spearhead of the government in carrying out strict supervision at every country entrance because this is the main task of Soekarno Hatta KKP. KKP (Port Health Office) is a technical implementing agency of the Ministry of Health under the coordinator of the Directorate General of Environmental Control and Health which has several tasks including preventing the entry and exit of potential disease outbreaks, controlling environmental impacts on health, providing health services and protection against emerging diseases and reappear. The airport, which is one of the working areas of the Soekarno Hatta KKP, is one of the gates of the country which is the main entry point for the Covid-19 virus to Indonesia. Soekarno Hatta International Airport is one of the airports which is the entry point for the Covid-19 case in Indonesia. However, in carrying out these activities, Soekarno Hatta KKP employees who are on duty at each airport terminal still apply the manual method, namely by recording using paper and pen, then typing it again, and then sending it via WhatsApp to the central office so that obstacles often occur in the form of delays in submitting daily reports. because there is a buildup of reports that must be typed by officers. Therefore, this research was carried out to build a website prototype design that could help the Soekarno Hatta KKP in recording daily reports so that it was more effective and efficient using the Prototype method and using Figma tools in designing prototypes. The results of this research are expected to be used by developers in building a website for the automation of Soekarno Hatta KKP report data.
