Abstract

The internet has been a pimary needs for human civilization in 21st century, every human activity mostly using internet to be operating smoothly, hence internet coverage, especially at the local village is crucial to make sure those activity to be running as it is intended to be, wether that is education, economic and communication activity. With the provided wireless local area network for local village, local goverment can give free access to internet for community. Hence can lighten the burden of community since the price for cellular internet package in Indonesia still relative pricy and not yet optimal at some spot. At Blanceran village QoS target is pre-determined as for "dukuh" is 5 to 10 Mbps, for village officer is 10 to 20 Mbps. After installation and configuration, optimization is done to gain Qos target. The result is for every site is able to acheive expected target with average speed for bandwidth 5 Mbps is 4,8 Mbps, for 10 Mbps is 9,4 Mbps, and for 20 Mbps is achieve at 19,1 Mbps.
