Abstract

BPS Banyumas as a government institution is surely recorded every activity. On its implementation, BPS Banyumas uses an information system named Monika. The system is currently running at the office local server. One of many duties is an employee’s outside duties which are needed to be recorded. Based on interviews, BPS Banyumas requires system information that records the employee’s outside activities. Based on these needs, the author applies the development of an information system in the form of a website. By making this information system, employees could make permission to do an external duty and the head office or head division could make approvals of its employee’s permission. This web-based information system has answered the needs of BPS Banyumas. Currently, this information system is running at the local server for testing purposes.
