Abstract

GPdI Parakletos was founded in 1964 with the first Pastor named First Hendrik Tumbel with 8 congregations. By 1980 the number of congregations had increased by 250. Observations made in 2021 show that ministry services at GPdI Parakletos include blessing services, child delivery services, baptism services, and being a member of the church congregation. GPdI Parakletos has a ministry service that is still done manually. Congregations who need ministry services can contact the Pastor via WhatsApp or meet at the Church. The ministry's data service registration system currently makes data processing difficult. This causes the data processing of the GPdI Parakletos Purwokerto congregation to be lost. This research method uses the Prototyping method. The steps for working on the Prototyping method are Quick Plan, Modeling Quick design, Communication prototype, Development delivery and feedback. The result of this study is a website-based data processing information system that will be implemented and able to overcome the problems of processing congregational data in the ministry of GPdI Parakletos Purwokerto ministry. Based on these problems which are the background of this research with the title DESIGN OF WEB-BASED CONGRESS DATA PROCESSING USING PROTOTYPING METHOD (Case Study: GPdI Parakletos Church, Purwokerto).
