Abstract

The Gigih Generation certified independent study program is a program from the Anak Bangsa Bisa Foundation facilitated by Merdeka Campus which aims to provide opportunities for students to be able to prepare and develop skills both in knowledge and student practice so that they can be implemented and utilized in accordance with industry needs. The training program prepared by the persistent generation is not only one training but there are several types of training including frontend engineer, backend engineer and data analyst that equip students to develop abilities according to the chosen training interests. The learning process applied to the program is carried out in several stages of training which are packaged into technical classes, career readiness & soft skills, Cakap classes and capstone projects. These activities are carried out online using the Zoom platform. Students are expected to have technical competence in designing, implementing, managing and being responsible for the tasks of an engineer according to their chosen interests.
