Abstract

At this time the internet has become an integral part of the daily lives of people around the world, including Indonesia. Where the internet is accessed via mobile phones, tablets, or computers. Now many websites have sprung up to suit the need for complete and easily accessible information. Usually every company will also build a website as a form of branding or which is used for internal purposes. One of them is the Mutual Karya Website which functions to facilitate talent management in controlling projects carried out by talents. In the process, this website will provide convenience in recording the work done by the talents, such as documents of any projects that have been done, are ready to be done, and have not been done. In this project the author takes on the role of a Backend Developer who uses the Laravel Framework, MySQL Database, and Visual Studio Code as the main tools in making this website. The result of this practical work is to produce a Mutual Work Website Application that suits the needs of the company.
