Abstract

Education as a learning process is used as the basic foundation to form quality human resources. To realize this, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has made various programs, one of which is Independent Studies. More than 300 companies will participate in this Certified Independent Internship and Study program, one of which is Binar Academy, which is managed by PT. Lantern of the Bright Nation. Binar Academy's curriculum has been tested for the effectiveness of the education it provides based on its teaching objectives, teaching methods, and use. Binar Academy also provides opportunities for all students from various backgrounds to be able to upgrade their skills outside of the fields they are currently studying with the hope that the knowledge that has been gained is used as well as possible in the world of work in the future. UI/UX Research and Design is one of the areas of learning that can be followed from the Binar Academy program with the Merdeka Campus. Not only learning materials are obtained when participating in this program at Binar Academy but all participants will also be equipped with hard skills and soft skills to support their knowledge. Currently there are more than 3000 graduates of the Binar Academy bootcamp and more than 17% have been channeled to work through Job Connect Binar Academy.
