Abstract
The Covid-19 virus has now become epidemic in various countries, including Indonesia. New cases, recovered cases, and deaths have increased. Since the first case of the COVID-19 virus was announced on Monday, March 2, 2020, Indonesia has reported 1,155 cases of the corona virus with 102 deaths and 59 recovered patients. As of February 14, 2022, COVID-19 cases in Indonesia reached 4,844,279 total cases with 145,321 deaths and 4,323,101 patients recovered. The number of cases that continues to grow has forced a number of regions to implement lock down and physical distancing policies. A member of Commission IX of the DPR, Saleh Pertaonan Daulay, stated that while what is currently happening is that the educational media provided by the government regarding the handling and prevention of the existing COVID-19 virus is still lacking in number and ineffective. For this reason, in this study, an educational game was developed which aims to provide knowledge and create awareness for children and the adult community about the importance of handling and preventing the transmission of COVID-19. In Wafda Adita Rifai's research on Android-Based Environmental Educational Game Development, the design method uses the V-Model. The test results using the V-Model are suitable for game development because the documentation model is clear for applications that are not too large. For this reason, researchers build educational games using the V-Model game design method with 4 testing phases, namely Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and Acceptance Testing. The data collection technique used by the researcher used a questionnaire or survey technique. The results of this study are in the form of a 2D educational game "The Adventure of Eradicate Covid-19" based on Android that can be played by children and adults with Playability Testing test results of 91.2% with the "very feasible" category. Keywords : Acceptance Testing, Android, Covid-19, Integration Testing, Playability Testing, Side Scrolling, System Testing, Unit Testing, Unity3D, V Mode
