Abstract

The use of information technology in all aspects of life has always been an important part in supporting the success of an organization's business processes. One of the uses of technology is very important in the world of education. The world of education is required to always adapt to technological developments. Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto is one of the educational institutions that has implemented the use of technology to support existing business processes. The business process that runs all the time is meeting management, there are several problems faced in meeting management such as not knowing the note taker and the person in charge of the meeting, data on minutes that are not distributed to participants, poor archiving of minutes of documents that make the previous meeting targets forgotten and also many lost or damaged notes. This is because the management of meetings at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology is still carried out manually, therefore this study aims to produce an information system for recording meetings or MOM Online, in order to support the business process of managing daily meetings. The MOM Online information system is designed using a prototyping and website-based method. Prototyping is a software development method in the form of a physical working model of the system that serves as an initial version of the system. The MOM Online information system will be applied to every unit at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. The information system that has been implemented will measure usability using the USE Questionnaire method, to ensure that the objectives of system development are achieved according to user needs. The results of the USE Questionnaire measurement on the ease of use aspect obtained a value in the range of 0.81 < r < 1.00 and included in the "very high" criteria. Aspects of usefulness, ease of learning, and satisfaction obtained values in the range of 0.61 < r < 0.80 which were included in the "high" criteria. So it can be concluded that the application of the MoM Online information system is very good for helping lecturers and staff of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology in completing their work.
