Abstract
Business development in the field of logistics and delivery of courier services is growing rapidly from time to time. This growth is also supported by technological advances, service efficiency, user trust, and ease of use. The development of web applications was made because of problems with the appearance of the interface of the delivery service, namely the appearance that was less efficient and boring, making it difficult for the user. Therefore, the use of web applications is intended to facilitate consumers in shipping goods and logistics. The web application was developed with the aim of providing User Experience both in terms of efficiency and ease of use. The User Experience Lifecycle process is used to provide direction for developers where the flow of web design development is when to continue with the next process or Return to the previous process. The User Experience Lifecycle process has four stages, namely, analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. Evaluation of web application design using Usability Testing to get results of efficiency and ease of use, as well as evaluation of System Usability Scale to assess perceived usability. Based on the results of all tests, the results show a good success rate, so that it has met a good level of User Experience Keywords: Web Design, Courier Services, System Usability Scale, Usability Testing, User Experience Lifecycle
