Abstract

The development of technology in the field of payment systems has made non-cash transactions already implemented. The non-cash transaction policy is an effective strategy to reduce the number of corruption, so that the opportunities for individuals to commit crimes are narrower.The market e-retribution system (website) applied to the Pasar Wage is a solution to the need for a system that can see the process of retribution payments to complete the data of traders, not only helping from the traders side but also from the side of the UPTD Pasar Wage employees. traders' data and find out how many arrears are owned by traders and from other companion sectors such as toilets and parking. The user interface (UI) and user experience are two important components that cannot be separated in the product design process. The ease or difficulty of the user in interacting with the system determines the user experience created by the web designer. The use of the Design Thinking method is expected to help in the UI/UX design process of a product. Because every process that occurs in the Design Thinking approach is a way to find out the needs and problems experienced by the user.
