Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Banyumas is a government agency engaged in investment and public services. Following the times, DPMPTSP Banyumas implements Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through the Perizinan Banyumas website. The methods of collecting data on this study include observations and interviews. Observation is done by visiting the Perizinan Banyumas website directly and the interview is conducted by asking questions to the source. With regard to the "View Banyumas" event DPMPTSP Banyumas intends to redesign the Perizinan Banyumas website. Therefore, gap analysis is needed to find out the shortcomings on the website to be redesigned. The results of the study are in the form of design on the Perizinan Banyumas website. The conclusion of this study is that the design of the Perizinan Banyumas website is good but there are some displays and features that can be maximized.
