Abstract

The Regional Archives and Library Office of Banyumas Regency is one of the non-profit government institutions with its main focus on satisfaction and providing added value for customers. ARPUSDA has a vision, mission and goals that must be achieved in order to carry out the tasks and roles that have been given by the Banyumas Regency government. ARPUSDA divides customer service into two, namely reference services and circulation services, which differ in terms of borrowing books. The reference service has a large number of books and the size is larger than the usual books, thus making it difficult for librarians to input book data. The problem with the reference service is that the inputted book data is still manually with the help of Microsoft Excel so that the risk of losing data is greater and there is no system that is useful in helping inputting book data. The design of the admin information system is the right solution that can be developed to help overcome problems in reference services related to book data input and reduce data loss and change processes manually to automation. The admin system was developed using the waterfall method which is tailored to the needs and desires of the user. The creation of an admin system has five main features in the form of a book category, a list of book places, a book list, a reading list and an admin list. Keyword : ARPUSDA, system, waterfall
