Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of revolution 4.0 today is often the talk of the general public. One of them is technology in the dissemination of website-based information. In the field of education, the use of the website is used as a supporting medium for achieving effective and maximum information dissemination such as distance learning, student academic services, services to the wider community using video conferences and so on. The Office of Communication and Information has the task of assisting the Governor in carrying out government affairs in the field of communication, Information Management and Public Communication, and informatics, coding, and statistics which are the authority of the Region and assistance tasks assigned to the Region. However, the DISKOMINFO website is still a computerized process in terms of accepting street vendors' activities so it takes a lot of time for its services. Therefore, we need an E-PKL information system that can later help, so that the information obtained will be easier on street vendors. The E-PKL information system will also make it easier for admins to process student data who carry out street vendors. The analysis and design is designed and made on the design document, with the Software Requirements Specification (SKPL) and continued with the making of the Software Design Description (DPPL). It is expected to be a solution to existing problems, so that the website can be used easily by internal users and the public (the wider community) as expected.
