Abstract

Vehicle application information technology is the main requirement in implementing the rapid development of information technology at this time, one of which is the application. AHASS vehicle motorcycle group is an official Honda motorcycle repair shop that provides Honda motorcycle maintenance services in the Pekalongan area. The application of the motorku express application on Ahass motor vehicle has not been running well because the services contained in the motorku express application are not satisfactory. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of the motorku express application using quantitative methods. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method to determine the extent of acceptance of the Motorku Express Application on Ahass. The factors selected in analyzing the acceptance of the Application are the factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention to use and actual system use. The data collection method was carried out by observation using questionnaires to Ahass consumers. This was done to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of the Motorku Express Application. The results of this study are in the form of document factors - factors that affect the acceptance of the application. Furthermore, these documents can be used as recommendations for improving the ordering service application. Keywords: Application, Motorku Express, TAM, Ahass
