Abstract
Kidney disease or commonly called kidney failure is a disorder that affects the kidneys. Chronic kidney disease is often referred to as the silent killer because sufferers do not feel certain symptoms until the disease has entered an advanced stage and kidney function has decreased. Given the dangers of the disease, the factors that trigger chronic kidney disease should be known by the public so that prevention can be done. Kidney disease can be identified through urin examination by looking at the pH level in the urin. Therefore, it is necessary to design an early detection tool for kidney disorders to detect urin pH levels. This tool can monitor urin by saving data automatically with regular checks and can be done remotely. So that this tool can make it easier for the community to consult a doctor without having to go to the hospital. The test results on the pH sensor with levels in the pH buffer of 4.00, 6.83 and at 9.18 got good results with an average value of 0.01%, 0.06% and 0.01%. The quality of service in the Qos test in this system gets an average delay of 0.11 second, throughput of 17.08 bits/s and packet loss of 0.02%. This tool has also gone through measurement quality assurance testing by adopting ISO 17025 which includes Calibration, Sensitivity, Selectivity, Precision, Accuracy, Linearity, Working range, Tool toughness, and measurement uncertainty. Keywords: Kidney disease, Urin, Sensor Telemedicine
