Abstract
In Indonesia, the need for telecommunication technology is growing rapidly. Many people have used internet services, one of which is using Telkom Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to have a section related to Payment and Collection of Bills from Customers (Collection). Each month the Payment Collection department processes customer bills on a regular basis. The Payment Collection section is an important part of PT Telkom Witel Solo, whose job is to handle the collection of accounts receivable and cash income from customers. And also the Payment Collection section is the part that handles and is in charge of communicating with Telkom customers who are obliged to make payments for monthly bills that have been used by customers and arrears that are past due which have been phased up to notification of isolation, the consequences of fines, and at the stage disconnection of service at the customer.
