Abstract
The fluency running of the telecommunication and network service process is a major thing that must be achieved. Network maintenance is carried out regularly in order to obtain a good and ready-to�use network quality so as to avoid the company from user complaints and also to improve the image of the company. In addition, network maintenance can also maximize the use of the device in terms of length of use and the quality it will get. With so many connection points and networks, a more efficient management of maintenance data management is needed. One of the media used to manage company maintenance data is PT. Telkom Akses is Proactive Maintenance. Writing this report aims to analyze the implementation of the Proactive Maintenance Website in the process of reporting maintenance data. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study. The instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this report is IOAN. While the object is about the implementation of the Proactive Maintenance Website. The results of writing the report indicate that the use of the Proactive Maintenance Website in the process of filling in device maintenance data has a function to make it easier for administrators to report. The use of Dlisa ODP Tracker has an important role in completing the data entry process because it has information about ODP. And maintenance of devices aims to maintain quality and minimize service interruptions. Keywords: Proactive Maintenance, ODP, Dlisa ODP Tracker
