Abstract
The development of cellular technology is growing because the needs of users are increasing every year. 4G technology is a technology used for communication that has better and bigger coverage and capacity than the previous generation. With the large number of users in the Jabotabek area with relatively large users, the quality of network services has decreased. There are several problems that often occur on 4G networks, namely low throughput cell (LTC), which occurs because throughput has decreased due to overload. Another problem is the blocking issue that occurs in multipath, namely the condition becomes delayed and results in a lot of information being sent too late. Sites that are contributors are in the Jabotabek area that has problems with buildings, trees and houses. In this practical work, carried out using the physical tunning method of the antenna, which looks at the azimuth, electrical and mechanical on the antenna to improve these conditions. Key Performance Analysis (KPI) parameters analyzed are Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and parameters and Signal to Noise Ratio (SINR). The first optimization is the problem of blocking issue in sector 1, so it is necessary to improve physical tuning on the antenna according to the initial planning. The second issue was carried out to get network performance by looking at the parameters obtained at the RSRP, namely good with an average of -87.01 percentage of 86.22%, the SINR parameter obtained was good with an average of 9.55 percentage of 37.77%. Analysis there is bad SINR with the problem of pilot pollution and interference then making changes back to the site. Keywords: 4G technology, physical tunning, RSRP, SINR, Throughput
