Abstract

IDERA is a System that gives undelete power to creditors to then submit an application for the elimination of registration and export of the related aircraft. IDERA itself has been regulated in article 74 of the Aviation Act, as well as the implementation regulations, namely the Decree of the Minister of Transportation number KM 49 year 2009 concerning civil aviation regulation section 47 and also the regulation of the director general of air aviation number: SKEP/166/VII/2009 concerningThe Implementation Guidelines (Staff Instruction)(SI) Number 47-02 concerning System To Request Removal of Registration and Non-Re revokeable Export (IDERA). Databases can be defined or interpreted as data sets that are stored systematically on a computer that can be processed ormanipulated using software (software)programs or applications to generate information.
