Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia is one of the largest state-owned companies in Indonesia which is engaged in telecommunications. PT. Telkom Indonesia also has many services, one of which is indihome service. Indihome service was officially launched in 2015, this indihome service includes internet, telephone and IPTV services. There are 3 types of services available, namely single play, dual play, and triple play. In this field work practice report, the authors analyze changes in bandwidth usage for indihome services in the Banjarmasin area before the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This report contains an analysis of changes in bandwidth usage in the Banjarmasin area based on Traffic TOP 20 data, the amount of customer data each month and the maximum amount of bandwidth usage each month starting from January to June 2020. The results of the analysis show that bandwidth usage on the uplink has increased, but in downlink there is a decrease in bandwidth usage from January to June 2020.
