Abstract
In technology, especially in the field of cellular wireless from the first generation to the fourth generation (1G-4G) and the technology that will be faced is 5G, it requires some improvement to provide the best quality service to its users in order to feel the quality of each operator and also technology used. Every equipment (EU) user from one user to another when communicating so that it is not interrupted requires a device called the Base Transceiver Station (BTS) to receive and send signals back from the EU. This device is the most important part in cellular technology, so that BTS can run properly, it needs maintenance if there is a problem. To be able to monitor BTS, you can use the iManager 2000 software. If there are some problems in the BTS, an alarm appears on the software with various levels of problems. One of the causes of problems in BTS itself is the emergence of Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR). For this reason, this report was made to deal with VSWR troubleshooting at the Purwokerto site, the Telkomsel fund operator, but the impact of the emergence of the VSWR alarm.
