Abstract
Educational scholarships are educational fund grants provided by related parties for students who are deemed less able. In the process of selection of scholarships in SMA N Ajibarang there is no system capable of performing the ranking process to find out the students who deserve a scholarship. In this research developed a system by combining linear weightage and consistent fuzzy preference relations method to be applied in decision support system. Linear weightage method is used to normalize data from each alternative, whereas consistent fuzzy preference relations are used to find the weight of each criterion. The level of importance of the criteria can be from an expert. In this study there are seven criteria, namely, values, attitudes, liveliness, achievement, self-development, and income of parents and dependents of parents. Then after the alternative data is normalized and each criterion has been gained its weight. Both methods are combined so that will get peringakat from each applicant scholarship. The final result of this research is a recommendation system with the combination of linear weightage and consistent fuzzy preference relations method to determine the students who deserve to get scholarship. The end result of the decision support system to determine the scholarship recipients is the rank of the scholarship applicants.
