Abstract
Now the development of software and hardware technology is very fast. Every year there is a new breakthrough in the field of IoT (Internet of Things). The development of infrastructure and technology that leads to controlling using the Internet. With the development of the era, many people now turn to the use of gallons and dispensers as a storage and retrieval of drinking water. In high-rise buildings and has many rooms have constraints in monitoring the location of the gallon is exhausted. Logistics officers will check or replace a gallon that runs out if a command, this way is less efficient, save time and effort. The concept of Internet of things can be implemented in monitoring the content of gallons remotely and give notifications on Android applications over the Internet. In applying this internet of things, sensors used to know the content of gallons are heavy sensors or loadcells. Loadcell is used to read the weight of the water and gallons, then in the conversion by HX711 and sent to NodeMCU, from NodeMCU will be sent to IFTTT and Telegram logistics officers. Sensor test result and test tool there is an error which value varies and the highest error value is 11.7%, while the mean one sensor error of 4.02% for two sensors by 4.72%, the tool can directly send the notification to the officer when Water in a gallon is empty by the identity of the building and the room.
