Abstract

ABSTRACT dr.R.Goeteng Taroenadibrata hospital is one of the regional hospitals that became a center of health care in Purbalingga. Every day almost hundreds of patients are served by the hospital, especially inpatients and outpatients, so data that must be processed is increasing. The data is processed using Microsoft Excel or calculated manually, this is an obstacle for the hospital in analyzing and making reports. Whereas if using a Data warehouse, the data will be streamed into ETL first, to convert the source data into a datawarehouse database by implementing the NineStep Methodology as a data warehouse development which includes process selection, grain selection, identification and adjustment, fact selection, pre storage calculation in fact tables, ensuring dimension tables, selecting database duration, tracking changes in dimensions slowly, and determining priority and query models. The OLAP report system serves to assist the analysis process in collecting data to present information according to the needs of the hospital. The data used in this research are outpatient and inpatient data for the period 2013 to 2017. OLAP system design is made using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL. System testing used blackbox testing, in which the results of testing on the OLAP report system can run according to the needs so that it can be maximum in presenting information. In the future, the OLAP system is expected to be integrated with all components in the hospital to create a quality information system.
