Abstract
The main performance indicators in accordance with the Department of communication and Informatics IE empowerment system and information technology-based services, the Government is increasing the competence of human resources in particular the Office of the institution of functional computer. Each grain of credit numbers rated activities by a team of assessors and later collected in the form of a list of proposals for the determination of the Number of credit.Based on the arguments above, the Dinkominfo project designed a web-based application with the benefit of helping the process of determination of the number of credit as well as oversight of staffing analysis. According to the decision and approval of the supervising field Work Field Practice, students are assigned to make the draft system DUPAK is divided into levels of work unit IE the front-end, back-end, and a database. The author gets the task on the front-end web application interface design. Designed with a web-based user interface that is simple and provides comfort and convenience to the user. The creation of this web application is tailored to the design of the prototype in order to display the web interface more directional and clearly using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and the combination with framework Bootstrap.
