Abstract
PT INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON+) is a company engaged in telecommunications, including in the provision, services and telecommunications content. In service to customers, ICON + requires adequate device specifications. This device cannot be separated from the source of supply, which means that electricity is one of the crucial points in this business. To avoid decreasing performance and service productivity, it is necessary to optimize the supply of resources by upgrading the power on Kilowatt-Hour (kWh) meters. In writing the Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) report, it was arranged with several methods including direct practice method that was carried out at the time the PKL took place, the method of interview and discussion carried out to the responsible engineer, as well as literature review by studying the reference source independently PKL report writing is based on the work done during the PKL period in approximately 6 weeks. Of the various activities carried out, the author chose the kWh 3 Phase Upgrade activity to be the report material. The results achieved in this activity are the addition of power to the kWh which affects the productivity of telecommunications services provided by ICON + In this activity there are some shortcomings or errors that can be used as lessons for the future. In order to avoid mistakes when activities take place, planning should be done carefully. The conclusions obtained include the condition of the device before the upgrade can take place Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) down and on the condition of the device after the upgrade is carried out there is no more MCB down.
