Abstract

The development of telecommunications from generation to generation has its own role in the development of other fields. The things that a company needs in developing a field that is focused primarily on the information exchange side must be easy and fast. To facilitate the exchange of information, a transport device is needed in order to be able to establish long-distance communication to channel data traffic from one node to another node. One of the configured devices is RTN. RTN (Radio Transmission Node) provides a variety of interface services, but this device is vulnerable and sensitive to interference and damage. Therefore it is necessary to periodically monitor and also care in accordance with the rules so that the continuity of long distance communication can be maintained and conditioned properly. One solution to conduct periodic monitoring is to conduct network monitoring activities 24 hours a day. From the monitoring it can be seen alarms that indicate damage to the RTN device so that handling of troubleshooting is needed in accordance with the rules.
