Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence in technology has reached a high level of need. Machine learning and deep learning is a sub-field of learning from intelligence artificial which is currently being developed. The benefits of developing this system are as a forerunner to the development of further complex systems. Data collection method is carried out in three ways, there are interview method, literature study and discussion. The interview method was carried out to collect handwriting datasets, literature studies as references and discussions to discuss system developments at all times. System development is divided into four tasks, namely: rest API, modeling, prediction, and image processing. Image processing handles image processing to conform to applicable program standards. The development of handwriting recognition uses the application of deep learning in its processing due to the amount of data’s necessary. Image processing has an important role because it is responsible for adjusting incoming images so that it is easy to process at the next step. The system it still has many shortcomings, one of them is due to the lack of availability hardware
