Abstract

Banyumas Hospital is a teaching hospital located in Banyumas Regency, there is one division that regulates and is responsible for education, namely the division. Education and Training, Research and Development, and Quality Assurance of Banyumas Hospital, students can implement PKL in Banyumas Hospital through the permission and approval of the division. There are a lot of educational institutions that will carry out street vendors in Banyumas Hospital, before the implementation of institutional street vendors must order Kouta first. The system that runs is still using Google Spreedseet, it is necessary to have a system that can fulfill the need to collect information on the order of the street vendors from each related educational institution. Data collection techniques used in the study are interviews to determine the needs of the website system for ordering PKL quota. The system is built using the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database as a data storage medium. Required database and frontend Website that is in accordance with the needs of the system is useful to facilitate the system in displaying the order information for PKL quota. With the design of the Website Frontend Ordering PKL Kouta, making the system built in accordance with the needs of the Training and Education Division, and Quality Development Division in collecting information related to quota ordering by educational institutions.
