Abstract
Systems Computer Assisted Test (CAT) is a method of examination with computer tools used to obtain a minimum standard of basic competencies and competency standards staffing. The CAT system was initiated by Ditjen Sumber Daya Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika for the radio certification state examination. The CAT system is used to facilitate the management, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Radio Operator Certification State Exams and can be integrated with e-licensing applications for Radio Operator Certification. This system can be integrated with web-based applications (XML). The use of the CAT system consists of reading and modifying the question bank for the State exam package. Management of the question bank in this web-based application can be applied to add, change and delete material data and problem data. The system can determine the number of questions, material per level, import and export the question bank data. Keywords: Question Bank, CAT System, Radio Operator Certification, Website
