Abstract

Community understanding of ICT in Banyumas Regency is the responsibility of the Communication and Information Agency (DINKOMINFO) of Banyumas. With the unequal distribution of population, information and knowledge about ICT in Banyumas Regency is not evenly distributed. DINKOMINFO Banyumas often holds trainings on ICT that are open to the public, but with the large number of people in Banyumas information about the training is not evenly distributed. From these problems, an Android-based ICT Training Information System (SIPITIK) is made which aims to be a media for people to get to know ICT. The benefits of making a prototype SIPITIK administrator website is that this prototype is a temporary container that can later be implemented using the real SIPITIK database. Data collection methods used are by studying literature and discussion. The writer conducted a literature study by understanding the problems that exist in Banyumas district, especially regarding public knowledge of ICT Development. Field work practices / practical work carried out for 1 month at DINKOMINFO Banyumas, in the implementation of practical work the writer got the task to create a prototype admin website from SIPITIK. In the construction of prototype SIPITIK administrator website, the steps taken is creating the database and making the administrator website display of SIPITIK. The conclusion that can be drawn from this project is SIPITIK administrator website is the data center of the SIPITIK application on Android and the admin has the authority to setting data. However, this prototype still has to be developed again such as making the display easier to understand and creating functions to correct data types.
