Abstract
The advancement of information technology is growing rapidly and will continue to evolve with the development of increasingly modern times. The development of science and technology now has penetrated into various aspects of human life. The development of information technology has many benefits in human life to solve problems one of them in the field of sports, namely the Gym. The lack of instructors that explains the type of exercise and the food to be consumed is one of the problems. The need for applications that support sportsmen to help them get the right formula for exercise. It is necessary to have a Decision Support System to assist athletes in choosing the right food so that with certain considerations can choose according to needs. The research method used is Weighted Product (WP). This method overcomes complex multi-criteria problems into hierarchies. With this application, it is expected to help Athlete's Instructor and Exercise Work. Keywords-component; Gym, Food, Decision Support System, WP
