Abstract
BTS information retrieval conducted by TTC employees in the RTPO division was initially carried out by looking at the data on the laptop manually. Manually searching for BTS takes a long time because the available BTS data included quite a lot of BTS in Central Java and DIY, therefore needed a more efficient search system that maximizes employee performance. The research data was obtained by interview and observation methods to the research location. The Telegram application was chosen because this application was used by TTC employees to communicate. Telegram Bot for searching BTS site information is designed in the Python programming language and integrated with rule based question answering system with the question analysis, query builder, answer extraction, answer selection stages. At the question analysis stage, every question from the user will go through the word breakdown process. In this query builder there is a function to perform activities related to create a query. The Answer extraction stage is a step to provide some answer solutions according to the number of cellname that has been processed by the query builder. In the answer selection stage the system has provided several answer options to then provide the user with information and the location of one of the BTS sites in the area. Then the black box functionality was tested, from the system testing stating that the BTS site information retrieval system had good functionality and the QAS test results had 83.33% results. Keywords: Telegram Bot, BTS, QAS, rule based QAS, Python
