Abstract

Banyumas is one of the cities in Indonesia which has a distinctive culture and dialect that is ‘ngapak’. In addition to the distinctive culture ‘ngapak’ of Banyumas, it also has interesting traditional art areas such as gamelan, calung, ebeg, wayang kulit etc. But along with the rapid flow of information makes local culture left behind by foreign cultures that are considered more modern and popular.The Tetuko Cultural Arts Studio As an art institution that maintains the existence and existence of arts and culture, something new innovations is needed in the introduction and advancement of this culture. And on the other hand this studio has problems in terms of art rental that has not been integrated with the system. By utilizing android-based smartphone technology that has developed at this time, Banyumas regional art recognition applications can help in introducing traditional art and providing more systematic art rentals because smartphone uses has been used or in demand by almost all ages. The method for system development used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, this method allows application developers to create applications that suit the needs of application users. Based on the result of the user acceptance test that has been distributed to 30 correspondents, 84,66% of the correspondents agree with this application because it can introduce the Banyumas art to Tetuko Cultural Arts Studio, providing insight into traditional art and making it easier to rent. Further application development is expected to be able to added transaction detail features so that the process of sending the goods can be tracked. Keywords: Banyumas, Art, Studio, Smartphone
