Abstract
The practice of fieldwork is a compulsory subject that must be taken by every student of the IT Telkom Purwokerto. Aside from being an obligation for students, the practice of field work aims to enable students to get to know the world of work. In addition, practical work is also useful for training skills both soft skills and hard skills. The practice of fieldwork was carried out at PT. Telkom Access Yogyakarta. In the implementation of field work practices this is more directed at making Fiber To The Home (FTTH) networks. Where currently the FTTH network is one of the most popular products in the market due to its services with speeds up to 100Mbps and exceeding the network with copper access media. In this report, the FTTH network was only focused on Optical Distribution Point (ODP) network survey activities. ODP network survey is an activity carried out by surveyors in finding ODP access closest to the customer's location. Later the output data from the survey will be used as a reference for the list of ready to install new networks. To conduct survey activities, the Starclick web application is required. The survey is conducted using the order number 12222735 as a survey sample. In the survey process there are several parameters that must be considered such as the ODP distance and the available ODP port.
