Abstract
This fieldwork report contains about how to conduct drive test on 4G network using SSV (Single Site Verification) method of Cikarang area implemented in PT. Sinergi Aitikom Jakarta Pusat on 03 July until 04 August 2017. Drive test aims to identify the disturbance that occurred in an area. Such problems are often encountered in mobile telecommunications: drop call, blocked call and handover failure. Drive test has several methods namely SSV (Single Site Verification), SSO (Single Site Optimization), Cluster and Benchmark. In this field work practice using SSV (Single Site Verification) method. SSV method can be used to determine whether there is cross feeder or not and whether the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is appropriate or not. The parameters in the note are RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI and Throughput using Genex Probe software and Genex Assistant 3.16. Parameters that become benchmarks to measure the quality of voice / data on 4G network is to calculate call drop, serving call measuremets, signaling, map. The SSV (Single Site Verification) method is performed on a new on air site with closer coverage area to perform functional checks such as voice calls, video calls and downloads. Equipment used is laptop, mobile phone, data cable, GPS (Global Positioning System). From the results of the test drive that has been done to get different results, good results are on the signal that has been optimized. Where the average RSRP value is -65 dB up to -70 dB and SNIR above 15dB. The value is the minimum value that must be obtained from the Telkomsel operator and the value already represents another parameter that the signal received by MS has been good. Keyword : Drive Test, Genex Probe & Genex Assistant 3.16, Cross Feeder, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), Throughput.
