Abstract

Service request for the exchange of information from year to year has increased steadily. This needs to be supported through the telecommunications infrastructure that is able to serve every area of the industry. Party operators, as the perpetrator of the telecommunications industry needs to provide the best service to any users of the services. So information exchange between fellow human beings will continue to be maintained. But up to now there are still many areas that have yet to get cellular service or known as the blank spot. This can happen because the radio signals can't penetrate walls due to damping (scattering), or the presence of reflection (reflection) by building materials. One of the areas that are difficult to get radio signals is a basement area of the building. One of the handling of this issue by installing a repeater and antenna omni in the basement area, resulting in the area can make calls or Exchange information.
