Abstract
Wireless is one of telecommunication system which tight with society. Wireless communication use antenna as transceiver and receiver information. Antenna microstrip is one of antenna’s technology which can be designed cheaply, small size and can be applied at mobile equipment. Microstrip antenna patch rectangular was designed at frequency 2,35 GHz to applied at Long Term Evolution (LTE). LTE is using Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antena system. MIMO is designed use two antennas with it’s own stripline so that one and another doesn’t influence refer to correlation coeffisien < 0,2. Microstrip antenna rectangular was designed work with VSWR’s value < 2. To get VSWR < 2 the design was optimated by using E-shaped method. E-shaped is increasing antenna’s performance. Antenna’s simulation is used as reference to be pabricated as prototype and then be measured. In simulation, VSWR is 1,15 and from measurement VSWR is 1,6. Bandwidth in simulation is 48,1 MHz and from measurement the bandwidth is 68 MHz. Return loss in simulation is -22,17 dB and from measurement the retrn loss is -22, 931 dB. The impedance in simulation is 49,17 Ω and from measurment the impedance is 43,47 Ω. The impadance is decreasing but still in good category refer to refflection coeffisien’s approtimate zero. Gain from simulation is 2,87 dB and in measuremnet gain is increasing up to 4,99 dB. Gain is suit with the spesification is > 2,5 dB. Radiation pattern in simulation is bidirectional same with measurement. Correlation coeffisien from simulation at frequency 2,35 GHz is 7x10-5and from measurement is 0,001929.
