Abstract
Now, the development of technology with a variety of enhancements and automatic control is growing very rapidly. The development of these technologies also affect various fields, including Business, Government, Technology and Education. Such as bulletin boards are always needed throughout the community to inform something to everyone who needs to go through a chain SMS and the less effective and less efficient. Then be made a tool that uses HP or handphone as the sender and the LCD as output that can inform anything to the public. The tool is in the form of LCD board stick on the wall or in pairs and can be installed in the classroom without having to reprogram the device is simply sending an SMS to the destination and nomor HP will instantly appear on the LCD that serves to facilitate the delivery of information to be preached to many people or forums but was hindered by time, distance and place the person when they want to convey a very important message just send a message via SMS, with this tool or information messages can be directly seen by all people, for example in the lecture halls, meeting rooms and other strategic places.
