Abstract
Performance of a new site is not always match with the initial planning, it is necessary to check the performance after the new site is on-air. This final task analyze PT. X’s new sites, which are TB_Desa Santan_Tengah and PT_Nunukan14. This analysis to figure out drive test parameters such as RxLevel, RxQual, SQI, CI, and also parameters of SDSR, T_DR, HOSR, TBF_DL_Est_SR and TBF_Com from the report daily OSS operator X. The observation was made during the 30 days after the new sites on-air. The parameters were analyzed in the site PT_Nunukan14 conduce SDSR value has reached 97.93% with the target set by the PT. X ≥95%. T_DR parameter value 0.80% with a target ≤2.19%. Parameters HOSR reached 96.41% out of target ≥94%, TBF_DL_Est_Success reach 99.96% through ≥98,00% , and TBF_Completion 99.35% overreach ≥98,00%. From the results of the drive test for the idle mode parameters RxLevel reached 98.59% and a dedicated mode reached the value of 98.59% for the range of value ≥-95 dBm, RxQual parameter for the range of 0-5 value reached 99.49%. While SQI parameter values obtained 96.44% of the range of value 18-30. Overall performance the new site PT_Nunukan14 is good. The parameters were analyzed in the site TB_Desa Santan Tengah conduce SDSR value has reached 96.34% with the target set by the PT. X ≥95%. T_DR has reached 0.56% with a target ≤2.19%. HOSR reached 98.78% out of target ≥94%. TBF_DL_Est_Success 99.99% through ≥98,00%, and TBF_Completion reached 99.75% overreach ≥98,00%. From the results of the drive test for the parameters RxLevel with idle mode reached 99.08% and with dedicated mode reaches the value of 99.54% for the range of values ≥-95 dBm, RxQual parameter for the range of 0-5 value reached 99.3%. While SQI for good categorized range is the range of 18-30 reached 97.58%. Overall the new site TB_Desa Santan_Tengah showed good performance. Keywords: SDSR, HOSR, TBF_Com, RxLevel, RxQual
